Rental Terms |

PAYMENT A 25% deposit will secure your reservation, unless your booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, when the full payment must accompany the booking form. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and the cancellation charges below will apply. No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit. A £175 ($250) refundable security deposit is also payable with the balance. |

ARRIVAL Must be after 4pm local time unless agreed otherwise in writing. This is to allow a thorough cleaning of the home following the departure of the previous guests. To allow for this, departure must be no later than 10am unless agreed locally by the management company. If there are no incoming guests then we will be pleased to accommodate you. |

ACCOMMODATION Is reserved in the name of the party leader and all guests shown on the booking form at the time of booking. No other parties can be accommodated without prior permission, and if such a breach occurs, this may result in the booking being cancelled without refund as it could lead to the loss of our hotel license. The villas have swimming pools and the owners or their agents cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury, however caused as a result of use of the pools. We therefore strongly recommend that unsupervised children are not be allowed to use the pool. Additionally it is advised that guests do not enter the villa with wet costumes as chlorine will damage carpets and furnishings. |

SECURITY DEPOSIT A £175 / $250 refundable deposit must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full 4 weeks after your return date, provided no damage is caused to the property or owners belongings. All damages must be reported and paid for prior to vacating the premises. Failure to report any damage will result in the loss of all or part of the Deposit. |

CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following charges will apply. Please ensure you have adequate insurance coverage for this eventuality. Up to 5 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only 4 weeks or less prior to arrival - 100% of rental In the event of cancellation by the owners, a full refund or alternative accommodation will be offered. |

COMPLAINTS Should there be any cause for complaint whilst in Florida, the manager must be notified immediately. No complaints will be entertained after the guests return. We will not be responsible for any delays or loss suffered in the event of property being left insecure when unoccupied, so please ensure adequate insurance cover before you travel. |

IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME IN
FLORIDA? Our management company can assist you if this is your first time in Florida. It can seem a daunting task finding your way through the airport, rental car check in and the onward journey to your home. They can assist you by meeting you at either Sanford or Orlando International airport and helping you with your luggage through to the rental car check in, familiarise you with the controls of the vehicle and take you directly to your home. In order to provide the necessary time for you, they can only provide this service by prior arrangement at the time of booking the costs of which are as follows: Meet and greet service from Orlando International Airport £50.00 / $95.00 Meet and greet service from Sanford £75.00 / $125.00 |
