Remember - These rates are per property, not per person!

For example a 3 bedroom villa between July and October with 6 people sharing would cost less than £75.00 each for a week!

For your convenience, you can now pay via PayPal. Simply click the button below to make a secure credit card payment. Please be advised that there is a surcharge of 3.4% if paying by PayPal.

The appropriate deposit will secure your reservation, unless your booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, when the full payment will accompany the booking form. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and a cancellation charge will apply. No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit. A £175 or USD $250 security deposit will also be payable with your balance - It will be refunded 4 weeks after your return.

Prices include all local and state taxes, maintenance, cleaning costs, villa utilities, towels and linens.

• Easter, Christmas and New Year rates apply to bookings which
include the week preceding and the week following the Holiday date.
