Remember - These rates are per property, not per person!

For example a 3 bedroom villa between July and October with 6 people sharing would cost less than £75.00 each for a week!

For your convenience, you can now pay via PayPal. Simply click the button below to make a secure credit card payment. Please be advised that there is a small surcharge if paying by PayPal. We also accept personal cheques (funds must be cleared).

The appropriate deposit will secure your reservation, unless your booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, when the full payment will accompany the booking form. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and a cancellation charge will apply. No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit. A £175 or USD $250 security deposit will also be payable with your balance - It will be refunded 4 weeks after your return.

Prices include all local and state taxes, maintenance, cleaning costs, villa utilities, towels and linens.

Prices quoted are per property per week.
All prices are quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling.
These figures are for guidance only and may change without notice.
Easter, Christmas and New Year rates apply to bookings which
include the week preceding and the week following the Holiday date.
